I attended a workshop by Hannah and it was incredible.
Hannah creates such a welcoming and safe space. She’s warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely understands what you're going through because she’s lived it herself. She explains anxiety in a way that just makes sense, helping you understand why you’re feeling the way you are, and more importantly, gives you practical tools for what to do when those feelings hit.
I’ve already started using some of her strategies and they’ve made a real difference. I left the workshop feeling lighter and far less alone. Highly recommend to anyone needing support.
