FAQs

What if I feel too anxious or not ready to start?

  • You can totally go at your own pace, there is no right or wrong way to do this program.
  • Some people only watch the videos and don't ask questions or come to the live sessions. If that is all you can manage then that is ok.
  • Whatever stage you are at, I am here to guide & support you the best way for you - however that looks.
  • The journey is uniquely yours, and it depends on your goals, the time you dedicate to your transformation, and the level of support you feel is right for you. Coaching offers the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change at your own pace.

How much time do I need each week?

  • I recommend 1-2 hours a week to allow you time to watch the videos, reflection questions, practice the tools & techniques and ask me any questions. Some weeks might be 30 mins and others are more.
  • I believe you get out what you put in, so the more you practice the tools & ask for guidance from me the bigger shift you will feel.

Will this work if I am on medication or in therapy now?

  • Yes, many of my clients also see a therapist or are on medication for support. The information & exercises complement traditional therapy.
  • Results are unique to each individual, but many clients begin noticing positive changes within the first few weeks.
  • Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals.

Whats your refund policy?

Can I be anywhere in the world?

Yes, all coaching sessions are online via zoom & video modules are shared online. Group sessions will be scheduled to try to suit everyone's time zones as best as possible.
