What is coaching exactly?

Coaching is a process that uses talk therapy and holistic techniques to help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, build emotional awareness, and learn practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

“Individual” or “1:1 coaching” is where there is one client and coach at a time so the sessions are personalised and confidential, compared to a group coaching program.

What happens in a session?

Every session is guided by you. We might:

  • Gently explore limiting beliefs & stuck patterns
  • Regulate your nervous system in real time
  • Unpack emotions and triggers with curiosity (not judgement)
  • Practice breathwork, grounding or nervous system resets
  • Map out strategies to support you through challenges

How long does it take to see results?

Results are unique to each individual, but many clients begin noticing positive changes within 4–8 sessions. Transforming deeply rooted behaviours and beliefs takes time, yet every step forward brings you closer to your goals. Some people choose to partner with a coach long-term to continue growing and evolving. The journey is uniquely yours, and it depends on your goals, the time you dedicate to your transformation, and the level of support you feel is right for you. Coaching offers the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change at your own pace.

Whats your refund policy?

If you do the work, show up & practice the tools, I am so confident that you will feel a shift. However, if you realise coaching is not for you, I will refund you for any unused sessions.
